FOR HOT & COLD WATER
‘Kelvin’ CPVC Pipes and fittings are manufactured from one of the best materials in the world. The pipes are manufactured as per IS 15778:2007 and fittings are manufactured as per ASTM D-2846. We manufacture pipe ranging from ½” to 2” in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5. We also manufacture wide range of injection moulded fittings.
1. No Corrosion, scaling, leakage and pitting
Kelvin HOTFLO CPVC has excellent corrosion resistance thereby preventing contamination, bad odor, bad taste and no water discoloration. CPVC piping systems are unaffected by corrosive soils, salty coastal air, and low pH of water, hence there is no corrosive by-product released in water.
2. Lowest Bacterial Growth
The bacterial growth in Kelvin HOTFLO CPVC much low as compared to other piping systems like steel, cooper, Polypropylene (PP) and other thermoplastics.
3. Fire Retardant
Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) is the percentage of oxygen needed in an atmosphere to support combustion. CPVC has very high LOI of 60. And Earth’s atmosphere contains only 21% oxygen, hence CPVC will not burn unless constant flame is applied and will stop burning as soon as flam is removed.
4. Can Withstand Heat Up To 93°C
CPVC can withstand high temperature when compared to other thermoplastic. Kelvin CPVC Piping system is designed for a 50 years life
Kelvin HOTFLO CPVC pipes and fittings are manufactured from ½” to 2”
